The turnover between one guest and the next
A short-term rental has a narrow window. One party checks out, another checks in, and in between the unit has to go from lived-in to ready. Wipe Out Clutter handles the heavy end of that: the trash out, the bulk items nobody wants to carry, and the floors and counters that make a first impression.
We sweep and mop the floors and wipe down cabinets and counters. Sweeping comes before the mop, always, so grit does not get pushed around a wet floor. Cabinets and counters get wiped last, once the dust from the rest of the work has settled.
Ratings are won between the bookings
Guests do not review the listing photos. They review what they walked into. A sticky counter, a leftover bag in the corner or a gritty bathroom floor shows up in the first line of a review and stays there.
Our goal on every Airbnb turnover is to help you keep your excellent online ratings. A reviewer in Quincy described the crew this way: “Always on time and pleasant. Willing to do whatever you want and need.” That is the standard for a unit with a hard check-in time.
Bulk trash and the dump run
Some turnovers are more than a wipe-down. A guest leaves a broken chair, a host swaps out a mattress, a long-term stay ends and the unit is full. Bulk trash removal and the dumping are part of the same visit, so you do not stack a second errand on top of the first.
Loads go out on our own pickup and trailer. We are a family owned and operated company out of Coldwater, and every job starts with a free estimate so you know the scope before anything is moved.
