Eviction cleanout
Prepare your property for new tenants. Getting rid of the junk left behind by former tenants is our number-one priority.
Property cleanout work starts with a walk through the unit. Sometimes it is a mattress and a few bags. Sometimes every room is full: clothes on the floor, boxes stacked to the window, furniture nobody came back for.
None of it is yours to keep and none of it is easy to move alone. We load it out on our pickup and trailer, room by room, so you are not making trips to the dump in your own vehicle or lifting a sofa down a stairwell.
An eviction cleanout is junk and debris left behind by former tenants, and the clock is usually the landlord's. Every empty week is a week without rent, so the estimate comes first and the crew follows quickly.
Call 517-462-2407 and describe the unit: how many rooms, what is in them, whether there are stairs. Wipe Out Clutter gives you a free estimate before anything is loaded, and works seven days a week from 7:00AM-8:00PM.
The job is finished when the floor is bare, not when the trash is gone. The crew sweeps as they leave, so the next person to open the door sees a room, not a mess.
One customer wrote that the crew removed everything an apartment tenant left in a matter of a few hours and left the unit in perfect condition. That is the pace and the finish we work to.

“Wipe out clutter was able to work us in quickly and remove all items left by an apartment tenant in just a matter of a few hours. Swept out the apartment on their way out and left it in perfect condition.” Justin M.
Three rooms from one rental
Drag the handle across each photo. Every pair is a single room from one rental: bags and clothes on the floor first, bare floor last.
